REGISTRATION

Registration includes 2 steps:

1. Fill in registration form on this web page, than

2. Sent the application to the address: “Russian Concert Agency”, Sredne Kislovsky pereulok (Middle Kislovsky lane) house 3 building 2 office 1, 125009, Moscow, Russia.

Following documents are to be enclosed to the application:
a) photocopies of birth certificates and passports;
b) certificate of musical education copy;
c) creative biography of the participant resume;
d) a recommendation letter from music institution, music college or from two prominent musicians;
e) two photographs of the 13 x 18cm size and two photographs of 4 x 6ñì (signed on the back side).

Please remember:
1.The competition is open to musicians  who are between the ages of 16 and 40 inclusively.
2.Applications deadline is December 1st, 2010.
3.The application forms are to be typed by computer or written in capital letters in Russian, English or German.
4.The Organizing Committee will send notification of admission status to all applicants no later than December 5d, 2010. All applicants admitted to the Competition will receive an official invitation and proposed date of arrival.
5.The registration fee equivalent to 20 USD for each Russian resident and the resident of the UIC countries and 50 USD for each  foreign applicant is to be inserted to the Organizing Committee on arrival before the drawing of lots. The applicants have to pay the registration fee in cash (in roubles according to the official rate of the Central Bank of Russia).
6.In event of withdrawal from the competition, the documents and application fee will not be returned.
7.After the registration  and the drawing of lots all changes in the announced programme of the applicants will be possible as an exception in case of the jury consent.
